Fairbaby.dk discloses any liability towards the company, the owner(s) and activities. Each person must see to the proper use of the products, delivered by Fairbaby. Please consider the child’s age!!! Fairbaby nor it’s owner(s) can or will be hold liable to any damage caused by un-careful or inappropriate use of the products.
Paying by Paypal / Credit Card
For customers outside Denmark:
Fairbaby has an account with Paypal through which you can easily pay online. Paypal also accepts your Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, and transfers the money directly to our Paypal account. Fairbaby does add any credit card surcharges.
Paying in advance
To avoid unnecessary delays in the banking system and consequent loss of interest for you and for us, our banker suggests that payments in favour of our company be made as follows:
Your bankers sends the payment instructions by SWIFT directly to our banker, AMAGERBANKEN Aktieselskab (BIC: AMBKDKKK), in favour of our (IBAN) account no. DK52010002097581
Paying cash:
Within Denmark you have the option to have the goods be delivered “onder rembours” You pay the total invoice at the mailman. The extra costs for this service are shown at the checkout.
If it is of any convenience you are welcome to have your order picked up at our company address: Fuglebækvej 3C, 1.sal, DK-2770 Kastrup. Please let us know by email.
Pricing
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in product, pricing or offers is subject to correction. fairbaby.dk is required by law to collect sales tax on all purchases made at our website. The prices on our site are including taxes.
Canceling an Order
You can cancel an order prior to processing by phone call or e-mail. Usually we process your order within 24 hours after receipt. Your payment will be reimbursed by us after receipt of your cancellation. After processing your order it cannot be cancelled anymore.
Returns
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction on all products. If you are not satisfied we will refund the amount of your purchase or replace the product **. You should notify us of your wish to return the product within 2 days after receipt and make sure the product is returned within 30 days. We will refund the shipping cost too if the reason for return is a result of our error. We will notify you of the refund or replacement once we have received and processed the returned item.
**NOTE: If an item indicates that it ships directly from a manufacturer, it cannot be returned unless it is defective. All items that ship directly from the manufacturer are final sales.
Returning a Product
1. Contact us within 2 days after receipt of your shipment to request a return authorization. Also when your order is a present for someone you should check it (or have it checked) at arrival and decide within 2 days whether to keep or return it.
2. Let us know why you are returning the item (for example: damaged product, wrong article, etc.) If the product and/or the packaging is damaged at arrival, please send us a picture of the damage.
3. Specify whether you want a refund or a replacement.
4. Give us your e-mail address or phone no. in case we have questions.
5. After receipt of our return authorization, pack the items along with our invoice securely in the original (factory) packaging.
6. Ship the parcel to the address you received with our return authorization.
